CROPWalk/Arlington is a hunger relief effort sponsored by
Church World Service
to raise money to fight hunger at home and abroad.
Of the amount collected, 25% is returned directly to the
Arlington Food Assistance Center, a food bank for indigent people in Arlington.

The
walk starts and ends at
the
Arlington Forest United Methodist Church (4791
Arlington Boulevard). Registration for the walk will be at 8:00 AM;
the walk is from 8:30 to 1:00 PM. This year’s date is
October 18, 2008 (the third Saturday in October). The walk is 10
kilometers long.The
check points are:
- #1 St. George's Episcopal Church
- #2 Trinity Episcopal Church
- #3 Arlington Forest Methodist Church
