2025 Strategic Plan

Dear St. George’s:  
 
The Vestry is pleased to share the St. George’s 2025 Strategic Plan, which provides aspirational and actionable goals for St. Georges for the next few years. The Vestry will be working with ministry leaders in the coming months to implement the plan.
 
This project kicked off in early 2024, when the Vestry drafted the mission/vision/values statements at the top of the plan, which were shared with the congregation in the spring of 2024. Last fall, the Vestry approved a strategic planning committee to deliberate, collect information, and write the plan. The committee gathered congregation input through interviews, a community-wide survey, and consultation with ministry leaders. 
 
Themes the committee heard during this process included people’s eagerness to get involved at St. Georges, their interest in outreach and social justice opportunities, and their deep appreciation for St. George’s liturgy, music, and children and youth. These themes, among others, are reflected in the plan.
